Still no sign of rockhopper 
But heres something i found out:
If you put your mouse pointer over the flying hat,
info on the the new mail severice comes up.

New Stage Performance and background
This is the new stage performane. (im the orange penguin!)

Summer Party!!
Free stuff:
Ice cream apron. Dance with this item to make a icecream. Found in the Plaza. I give it coolness rating of 85%! It offers a great look, and a great ice-cream! I think its the best free item in the summer party, so go it!
Shell necklace. Found on the beach. I give it a coolness rating of 45%! This item doesn't have a special dance, so its pretty boring. 
Duck ring. Found in the Cove. When you dance, you swim. Coolness rating 65%. Your probaly booing me right now. I don't think its that cool. If you wear this, you cant wear a top or a belt.
Ps. Im on Rockhopper Watch.
